- 500ml Water
- 200g Brown sugar
- 2tsp TS brewed Saffron
- 4tsp Rose Water
- 1 Freshly squeezed lemon Juice
- Pour 500ml of water into a pan. Boil the water on the stove adding the brown sugar. In a separate cup, add a pinch of Saffron and brew it with 2tsp of boiling water.
- Add in the brewed Saffron and Rose Water to the pan. Give it a good stir and turn the heat off. Once the mixture cooled down add your lemon juice. Serve with lots of ice and some rose petals on top.
