INGREDIENTS:
- Canned or frozen Kuku Sabzi
- 70g chopped or crushed walnuts
- 1 ts dried barberries
- 1 single clove crushed garlic
- sliced tomato & pickled cucumber / shallot yogurt
- black pepper, salt, and turmeric, TS* saffron
INSTRUCTION
- Preheat the oven in 180C or preheat oil in a frying pan.
- In a large mixing bowl add above ingredients, toss until well mixed.
- Pour egg mixture into the pan and spread out evenly.
- transfer to oven or on gas cooker, and bake for 15-20 minutes or until is just set.
- Take out of the oven or frying pan, leave it for 5 minutes then flip it out onto a serving board.
- Serve with lavash bread, sliced tomato & pickled cucumber or shallot yogurt.
